WAYS OF SEEING
29th Oct - 3rd Nov - Wimbledon Library Gallery
Art is not what you see, but what you make others see.
(Degas 1834-1917)
The new exhibition by the RED THREAD group of artists takes you on a visual and sensory journey which aims to open up new ways of expressing an experience, an emotion.
Six artists show works on canvas, paper, in ceramics, fabric or using a variety of media, joined by their passion for art and its significance in our existence. The insights and pleasure given by a work of art can be an uplifting force when negotiating the twists and turns of life.
Take a break and SEE what YOU can see. |
